No, experience helps but as long as you have a caring nature, we will give you all the training you need.

What training will be given?

We will give you a comprehensive  induction before you start working and support you  to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate. We also have an on-going training programme which provides condition specific training covering for example Dementia, Parkinson’s Disease and Diabetes.

I am very experienced. Do I still need to do the training?
